(912) 375-7781 extension 153 The Laboratory at Jeff Davis Hospital is staffed with highly qualified, licensed personnel that operate state-of-the-art Laboratory equipment to assist your physician in diagnosis and treatment. The Laboratory also provides comprehensive clinical laboratory testing to long-term care facilities and home health agencies. A wide variety of quality testing is available on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis for customer convenience and no appointment is required. The laboratory is licensed or accredited by the following:  Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA)Georgia Department of Human ResourcesThe Joint Commission (TJC)Our fully licensed lab provides nearly 230,000 tests per year. Our Blood Bank receives its supply from the American Red Cross. Relationships with outside reference labs allow for completion of any laboratory test in a timely manner. All outside reference labs are approved by the Medical Staff.
