Nurse Practitioner Bonnie Pittman has been a nurse in the community for 21 years and is excited to work with Jeff Davis Hospital at the Family Medical Group under the leadership and direction of Dr. Jason Laney.
Our FMG is a family practice offering services for ages four (4) and up. Bonnie provides quality care for a broad range of illnesses, including, but not limited to:

What do I need to bring with me when I come?
Please bring identification, an insurance card, and a form of payment. We currently accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards.
Also, please bring any medications you're taking.
What insurance plans are accepted?
Our FMG accepts self-pay patients and most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. At check-in, our courteous staff will confirm insurance eligibility and co-pay amounts. After your visit, our billing company will handle filing your insurance for your visit.
How much will my visit cost if I don't have insurance?
If you do not have insurance, a minimum of $65 will be required. | Location
